Delivery

How long will it take for my product to be delivered ?

All products are dispatched within 7 days of ordering. Please allow for an additional 7 days for your order to be delivered. Please note that if we are experiencing high levels of demand, our best selling products can take up to 28 days for delivery. We will always do our utmost to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive ?

Please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after this period, please contact our customer service team. Do I have to be home when my order is delivered ?

Ideally, yes. However, if you are not home the delivery person will leave a card in your mailbox which can be taken to the delivery centre so that you can collect your item. Alternatively, you can specify your work address or a neighbours address.

 

Do you ship worldwide ?

We are currently organising international shipping for CLEV-A Shop. This service will be available in November 2010. In the meantime, please contact us so that we can let you know as soon as it's available.

What credit cards do you accept ?

CLEV-A Shop accepts American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa for phone and web orders. You can also pay by Direct Debit if your order is placed over the phone.

 

Can I pay using cheque or money order ?

Currently we cannot accept cheque or money orders for internet orders. However, if you order over the phone you can pay using either of these methods.

 

Updating your Order

Returns and Warrantys

If I am not satisfied with my purchase can I return it ?    

CLEV-A Shop guarantees your satisfaction.  If you are not 100% happy with you purchase, simply return your product in its original form to our Perth office, within 28 days of receiving your order and we will refund the entire purchase price. No questions asked.

 

Do your products come with a warranty ?

Yes, all CLEV-A Products come with a two year warranty.

 

If I ever have a problem with a CLEV-A product what do I do ?
